Meet Colleen Reilly, the passionate founder and CEO of Catering Connections—Northwest Florida’s award-winning full-service catering company proudly serving Port St. Joe, Apalachicola, St. George Island, and the Forgotten Coast.
Colleen’s journey began long before the business was founded in 2015. Raised in a family that believed every occasion deserved good food and great company, she grew up helping her parents host everything from weddings to backyard celebrations. When asked how long she’s been in catering, she smiles and says, “I’ve been doing this all my life.”
Today, Colleen brings that same lifelong love of hospitality to every event she touches. With over a decade of professional experience and deep community roots, she has grown Catering Connections into the only full-service catering company in Gulf and Franklin Counties.
Known for her warmth, professionalism, and calming presence, Colleen works closely with clients to plan unforgettable events—often offering trusted vendor referrals and thoughtful advice that take the stress out of planning. Whether you're local or planning from out of state, clients often say, "She made everything easy."
Under her leadership, Catering Connections curates customized menus from beloved local favorites and regional restaurants, all delivered with flawless execution and heartfelt service.

As Colleen’s daughter and Director of Catering, Laura plays an essential behind-the-scenes role in ensuring every event runs smoothly and reflects the highest standard of service. From fine-tuning event details to overseeing marketing, branding, and social media, she brings organization, creativity, and precision to every part of the business.
Known for her perfectionist touch on-site and her thoughtful approach to client communication, Laura helps bring each event to life with care and intention.
With her own young daughter, Amelia, already lending a hand during prep days, Laura is proudly building a legacy of hospitality, hard work, and multigenerational dedication—ensuring that Catering Connections continues to thrive for years to come.
