We provide a variety of professional serving equipment based on your menu style, guest count, and event setting. This may include elegant chafers, display stands, serving platters, bowls, risers, and specialty presentation pieces to ensure your food is both beautifully displayed and served efficiently.
Our team carefully selects the right equipment for each event so your presentation feels seamless, polished, and appropriate for the occasion.

To ensure food is served safely and beautifully, we utilize Sterno wind-resistant chafer stands paired with Sterno flameless Speed Heat packs.
Because many venues, beach homes, and outdoor event spaces do not allow open flames, our heating system is designed to provide reliable warmth without visible flames or exposed fire sources.
While guests may not see the heat source, our equipment is specifically chosen to maintain proper food-safe serving temperatures throughout your event, while preserving the clean, upscale presentation of your buffet or serving station.
This setup is especially ideal for beach weddings, vacation homes, and venues with strict fire safety requirements.

Presentation is one of our specialties. From beautifully styled appetizer displays to buffet spreads fit for royalty, we ensure your food looks just as incredible as it tastes.
Depending on your menu, venue, and event style, our Director of Catering thoughtfully designs the ideal presentation for each service item. This may include elegant platters, individual cups, appetizer picks, layered display risers, grazing-style arrangements, and beautifully styled buffet layouts.
For clients looking for a more elevated cocktail-hour experience, passed appetizers are available as an additional service upgrade and fee. This option allows our staff to circulate select bites throughout your event for a refined and interactive guest experience.
Whether your event calls for a coastal raw bar, individually styled hors d’oeuvres, or a grand buffet presentation, we create a stunning display that enhances the full event experience.

Yes. Our Classic Buffet Service includes professional servers to ensure your buffet runs smoothly and your guests enjoy a seamless dining experience.
Our team is responsible for:

✔ Monitoring food presentation
✔ Assisting with portion guidance when needed
✔ Refreshing buffet items as service progresses
✔ Keeping the buffet line clean and organized
✔ Breaking down the buffet area once meal service is completeThis service style is perfect for weddings, corporate events, family gatherings, and celebrations where you want a polished buffet presentation with attentive staff support.
Please note: guest table clearing is available as an optional Guest Table Refresh Service upgrade.

Our service staff wears all black uniforms (Catering Connections logo black shirt, black dress pants and closed toed shoes). They are professional, neat, and always ready to help!

Depending on the complexity of the event, Catering Connections may wish to conduct a “site inspection” prior to the event to ensure that we understand the venue logistics. We are very familiar with many panhandle venues, so this is not always necessary.

Your event coordinator will work with our chef to ensure your menu items do not require on-site prep and our staff will bring all necessary equipment for food service.

We always provide containers for any leftover foods. Our team can guide you on the best practices for storing and enjoying any remaining dishes.

We adhere to strict food safety standards in the preparation, handling, and delivery of our catering services. Our team follows industry best practices to ensure the safety and well-being of all attendees.

Our service time is typically 4 hours, which includes setup and breakdown. Extended service time can be arranged if needed.

We rented a beach house. Do you set up and serve food directly on the beach?
No. For food safety, service quality, and environmental reasons, Catering Connections does not set up or serve catered food directly on the beach.
Serving food on the sand presents significant challenges, including:
✔ High heat and direct sun exposure
✔ Wind and airborne sand contamination
✔ Uneven surfaces for safe buffet setup
✔ Limited access to handwashing and clean running water
✔ Increased risk of food temperature loss and bacterial growthBecause these conditions can compromise proper food-safe serving standards, it is company policy that we do not set up or serve food directly on the beach.

For beach house events, we are happy to set up in covered and protected areas such as underneath the home, poolside patios, covered decks, or designated outdoor entertainment spaces.
These locations provide:
